June is National Indigenous History Month

Before the pandemic stopped all in-person activities I volunteered for KAIROS Canada co-facilitating the KAIROS Blanket Exercise (KBE) with local Indigenous folks. During the pandemic all KBEs and other sharing circles run by KAIROS have moved to an online format. These are great events that I can vouch for, and so I want to spread the word about the ones that are coming up in June.

Below is the information from KAIROS about four upcoming events in June that are open for registration:

This National Indigenous History month you can help to build bridges of reconciliation! Register today for a KBE Teaching & Sharing Circle – Indigenous-led, interactive online sessions that help to foster ‘right relations’ between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people through truth, sharing, and open dialogue. The Summer sessions are now open for registration ($25) at: https://www.kairosblanketexercise.org/event/
